Shipping policy

All products available in our store are eligible for complimentary standard shipping. There are no minimum spending requirements, purchase thresholds or category restrictions. Orders of any amount will automatically receive free basic delivery benefits.
Free shipping service covers all regular delivery zones. For remote towns, inland areas and islands within regular coverage, we will not charge extra fees such as remote surcharges, long-distance delivery premiums or suburban delivery fees separately.
All orders with free standard shipping come with complete logistics tracking service. Transfer nodes and delivery progress during transportation can be checked in real time. Full logistics information is accessible to buyers to track shipments anytime.
Expedited express delivery is an optional value-added service with shorter transit time, which charges separate delivery fees. This upgrade is completely voluntary and will not be bundled with orders compulsorily. Buyers can decide whether to upgrade logistics on their own.
Rules for Split Shipments
If one single order is divided into multiple packages due to separate storage, package size limits or separate packing, all packages under this order will keep the free shipping benefit. No repeated basic delivery fees will be charged for split shipments.
Tracking service is available for every separate package with independent tracking links. All split packages follow the unified free shipping standards of our store.
Logistics Liability for Returns & Exchanges
If returns or exchanges are required due to store-side faults, including but not limited to damaged items, functional defects, wrong item models, missing products and broken packages, all outbound and return shipping fees shall be fully covered by our store. Buyers do not need to bear any logistics costs.
If returns or exchanges are requested voluntarily by buyers without quality reasons, such as personal preference mismatch or size discrepancy, buyers only need to afford return shipping fees. The original outbound shipping cost will not be recovered or deducted from buyers.
The liability division of return shipping fees only covers transportation cost of goods. All customs duties are excluded and shall be handled by recipients independently.
Supplementary Terms on Taxes & Delivery
Our free shipping service only waives basic logistics delivery fees, excluding import duties, VAT, consumption taxes, customs clearance fees and other official charges levied by local customs authorities.
All customs-related fees are legal charges stipulated by local regulations. Recipients shall declare and pay all relevant taxes in accordance with local customs rules, which cannot be deducted or exempted under our free shipping program.
We reserve the right to adjust supplementary delivery clauses without cutting core free shipping benefits. All adjustments will be posted on the store in advance and take effect after public notification.
