I. Product Usage & General Restrictions

All products displayed and sold on this website, including but not limited to Portable Fans, Projectors, Retro Keyboards, and Earphones, are strictly limited to personal, non-commercial daily use only. Any form of bulk purchasing, large-quantity order hoarding, commodity resale, offline wholesale distribution, private label repackaging, commercial rental, unauthorized replica production, and all profit-oriented commercial behaviors are strictly prohibited without explicit written authorization from the official platform.

All product images, shooting materials, design sketches, product parameter descriptions, detail page copy, brand logos, packaging designs and all visual and text content on this website are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are not allowed to unauthorized download, screenshot, copy, reproduce, modify, edit, disseminate, forward or commercially use the above content for personal business purposes. All trademark rights, design patent rights, copyrights and related intellectual property rights are exclusively owned by this platform.

Any behaviors that damage platform and brand rights, including malicious transaction fraud, malicious bulk order brushing, fake order transactions, repeated malicious refund applications, long-term discount rule exploitation, and improper benefit grabbing through system loopholes, are strictly forbidden. Once any non-compliant behavior is verified, the platform reserves the right to unilaterally cancel all pending orders, restrict user purchasing permissions, freeze account membership benefits, suspend account access, and initiate corresponding legal liability pursuit and compensation claims.

II. Portable Fan – Exclusive Restrictions

Portable fans are daily portable electronic cooling devices for personal household and outdoor use. To ensure product hygiene, electrical safety and standardized after-sales management, any products that have been unpacked, formally used, charged for multiple times, worn out, stained with dust, sweat or stains, have damaged packaging, or have obvious usage traces shall not be eligible for unreasonable return and exchange services.

Slight wind speed attenuation, normal battery consumption loss, slight shell wear, surface scratch traces, and slight loosening of structural parts generated after normal daily use, repeated charging and long-term carrying are regarded as normal product wear and tear, which do not belong to product quality problems and are not supported by free after-sales warranty.

Product failures and damage caused by human factors are not covered by after-sales warranty services, including but not limited to improper charging operation, use of non-matching chargers, long-term overcharge and over-discharge, intentional falling and extrusion, water immersion, high-temperature sun exposure, disassembly and modification of internal structure, and unauthorized replacement of internal parts.

III. Projector – Exclusive Restrictions

Projector products are suitable for daily family entertainment, indoor casual viewing and conventional office projection scenarios. Equipment damage, screen flickering, lens scratches, machine failure and functional abnormalities caused by abnormal use environments or improper operation manners are not included in the scope of quality after-sales warranty. Such scenarios include but are not limited to long-term high-brightness overload operation, outdoor strong light exposure, extreme temperature environment use, long-term continuous non-stop operation, external impact and extrusion, and manual scratch of the lens surface.

Slight picture color deviation, minor pixel tolerance, slight edge blurring during peripheral projection, and normal heat dissipation noise generated during the normal working operation of the projector are inherent physical characteristics of the product, which belong to normal industrial product ranges and do not constitute quality problems.

Any product failure, performance degradation or safety hazards caused by user’s unauthorized firmware cracking, system modification, hardware refitting, power module upgrade, lens disassembly and secondary processing are entirely the responsibility of the user. The platform will not provide return, exchange and after-sales maintenance services for modified equipment.

IV. Retro Keyboard – Exclusive Restrictions

Retro keyboards are office and entertainment peripheral products with retro design styling, applicable to daily typing, office work and daily game entertainment. Products that have been connected to equipment, formally used, have key wear traces, internal dust accumulation, removed protective films, damaged packaging, or obvious use marks are not supported for unreasonable return and exchange.

Slight keycap wear, minor key gap aging, normal mechanical shaft sound changes, slight shell oxidation and color difference caused by long-term typing use and frequent key pressing are normal mechanical aging phenomena, which are not regarded as product quality defects.

Product damage and functional failure caused by human operation errors are not covered by after-sales warranty, including artificial water pouring, liquid infiltration, dust accumulation caused by long-term non-cleaning, intentional knocking and falling, line pulling damage, self-disassembly and circuit modification, and pasting of unauthorized accessories and decorative parts.

V. Earphone – Exclusive Restrictions

Earphones (including wired earphones and wireless Bluetooth earphones) are personal wearable audio devices, which belong to intimate daily electronic products. In consideration of personal hygiene and product use particularity, once the product is unpacked, paired with equipment, worn and used, stained with sweat, earwax or dust, or has obvious use traces, it will not be applicable for no-reason return and exchange.

Slight sound channel deviation, normal wireless connection delay, minor battery life attenuation after long-term use, slight earphone shell wear and surface scratches are normal loss phenomena in the use of electronic products, which do not belong to quality problems.

Damage and functional abnormalities caused by improper use are not covered by after-sales services, including but not limited to private disassembly and modification, wire breaking caused by arbitrary pulling, water immersion and damp damage, high-temperature baking, long-term overcharging, and use of non-matching charging equipment.

VI. General After-Sales & Return and Exchange Restrictions

Users shall carefully inspect the appearance, functions, accessories and product integrity of the purchased goods within 48 hours after receiving the package. If there are genuine quality problems, wrong delivery, missing accessories or obvious factory defects, users shall put forward after-sales application and provide valid evidence within the time limit. Failure to feed back within the specified time will be deemed that the user confirms the product is intact and qualified, and the platform will no longer accept subsequent after-sales applications such as return, exchange and refund.

The platform does not support any return, exchange or refund applications in the following situations:

Products that have been used, worn, powered on for a long time, stained, damp, damaged in packaging, or removed original labels, tags and protective accessories;
Normal aging, wear and tear, performance attenuation, slight color fading and functional loss caused by daily use;
Product damage and failure caused by human improper operation, private modification, disassembly and refitting, sun exposure, high-temperature baking, water washing and damp storage;
Slight color difference, picture deviation and tone difference caused by shooting light, equipment pixel difference, screen display difference and batch production difference;
Products with personalized customization, printing, logo adding and secondary processing;
User’s personal subjective reasons such as size inadaptation, style dislike, purchase error and inconsistent personal expectation, excluding product quality problems.

VII. Customized Product Restrictions

For users who select personalized customization services (including but not limited to pattern printing, logo customization, text printing, pattern embossing, exclusive pattern design and batch customized processing), once the customization production is confirmed and started, the platform will not support order cancellation, refund and exchange services, unless the products have genuine factory quality problems that meet the after-sales warranty standards.

All customized patterns, texts, logos, icons and content materials provided by users must be legal, compliant, free of third-party copyright, trademark and portrait right disputes, and free of illegal, vulgar and infringing content. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities, complaint risks and economic losses caused by non-compliant customized materials provided by themselves.

Customized products may have slight deviations in printing position, color saturation, pattern size and manual process details due to manual production and batch processing characteristics. The above subtle differences belong to the normal allowable range of customized craftsmanship and do not belong to product quality problems.

VIII. Liability Disclaimer

All electronic products sold on this website, including portable fans, projectors, retro keyboards and earphones, are designed for daily household, office and casual entertainment scenarios. The platform does not guarantee that all products are fully applicable to high-intensity professional scenarios, extreme working environments, professional competition equipment supporting and special industrial use scenarios. Users shall reasonably select and use products according to actual usage scenarios, environmental conditions and personal use needs.

The platform shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss and equipment damage caused by improper user operation, non-compliant use scenarios, accidental falling, external impact force, human negligence and other external factors.

Due to shooting light angle, display screen resolution difference, production batch difference and manual process deviation, individual products may have slight color and appearance differences with the pictures. Such subtle differences are normal industrial product characteristics and do not constitute quality problems or platform default liabilities.

IX. Account Behavior & Violation Restrictions

If the user has any of the following violation behaviors, the platform reserves the right to restrict user purchasing authority, suspend member service qualifications, freeze account benefits, permanently close the user account, cancel all pending orders and preferential activities, and reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities:

Malicious refund, false quality complaints and fake infringement reports;
Malicious bad reviews, malicious defamation of platform brand, harassment and malicious entanglement of customer service personnel;
Malicious rejection of normal signed orders, abnormal order cancellation and malicious order arbitrage;
Using platform loopholes, preferential rules and activity mechanisms to illegally obtain improper benefits;
Unauthorized theft, crawling, reproduction and commercial use of platform product pictures, copywriting, design content and brand materials;
Violating national laws and regulations and violating the provisions of this Restriction Statement.

For users with serious repeated violations and major loss behavior to platform interests, the platform reserves the right to permanently refuse to provide any product sales and service support, and pursue corresponding legal compensation liabilities.

X. Terms Validity & Modification Right

This Full Product Restriction Statement shall take effect immediately upon official publication on the website and shall be an integral part of the platform’s official service terms and user agreement.

All behaviors of users accessing the website, browsing products, registering accounts, placing orders and purchasing goods shall be deemed as full reading, full understanding and unconditional recognition of all clauses and restriction rules in this statement.

Users who do not agree with any clause of this statement must immediately stop using all website services and terminate all product purchase behaviors.

The platform reserves the exclusive right to update, revise and adjust the content of this Restriction Statement according to business development, policy adjustment and platform rule optimization.
